Raven joined the C.O. team from the field of education as a middle school Communities In Schools Site Coordinator, where she was able to make major impact in the lives of students and create and implement innovative programs that improved parental involvement and increased community partnerships at Welborn Academy of Science and Technology.
In addition to her role as a social innovator on the team, Raven is a licensed broker practicing real-estate as a commercial realtor as well as leading and operating her own business, Sade Decor and Gifts. This entrepreneurial spirit and first hand experience is strengthens her work, amplifying and accelerating positive outcomes for clients.
Raven is a High Point, NC native and has a passion for serving her community. She serves on the local High Point Arts Council and High Point Boys and Girls Club board, as well as the Communities In Schools of NC board. Raven is a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Recreation Administration and a Masters of Arts in Higher Education from Appalachian State University.
