She is a certified Equity Facilitator through the Equity Literacy Institute.

Ms. Quick’s passion for addressing racial inequity, educational disparities, homelessness, mental health resource deficits, and food insecurity remains her driving force as she endeavors to serve both her hometown of High Point, NC as well as communities across the world. She intends to continue affecting change by maximizing equity and uplifting others through the provision of tools, resources, and strategies to better serve marginalized populations.

I'm at my best when I bring my:

  • Attention to Detail

Making sure that all bases are covered in everything I do prevents backtracking and creates space for forward moving. I love taking the time to make sure I’m as organized as possible and increasing capacity for my team members.
  • Love for Learning

Being dedicated to learning allows me to tap into other skills that I wouldn’t normally be able to cultivate, including creative skills. I love learning and consistently doing it keeps me growing as a person and experiencing life.
  • My Voice and a Vision

If you give me a vision, I’m running with it! My ability to bring a vision to life is not only rooted in my desire for change, but also execution to make sure it gets done by any means. Our voice is the most important thing we have and it’s my job to make sure I use mine.
"It’s never about proving anybody wrong. Just proving the vision right.”
