Casey is joining the Change Often team as the Associate for Project Delivery. She graduated from High Point University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Event Management. Her passion for social change came from serving in the AmeriCorps VISTA Program for two years.
After connecting with different community advocates and change agents who shared their passion for building a stronger, more resilient community, she knew she wanted to keep working to be a part of that impact in the community that has welcomed her with open arms since her first day of college.
Casey believes change starts with building meaningful connections and leading with empathy. "I am excited to build these relationships through my work with Change Often,” Casey says. When Casey is not working, she prioritizes spending quality time with friends and family, reading, and most importantly, spending time with her dog, Spencer.

Positive Attitude
I try not to let setbacks get me down. The biggest lesson I've learned is to try to do your best to stay positive through adversity.

Life doesn't always go according to plan. I'm proud of being able to take a step back and analyze a situation in order to find another path to the solution.

I believe in the work being done at Change Often and will use that to work with Impact Partners and my colleagues to enact change in the High Point community and beyond!
